The tournament is a two-person scramble. Registration opens at 7 a.m. and the shotgun start follows at 8 a.m. Entry is $150 per twosome, with cart rental available for $25 and mulligans for $20. Entry covers 18 holes of golf, pin prizes, goodie bags, and lunch.

Golfers can register at the Indian Hills Golf Club Caddyshack, or by calling Lonnie at (970) 412-5374.

Five sponsorship levels are open to area businesses and individuals. The $2,000 Premier Sponsorship includes name recognition near the Sterile Processing Department, a VIP invitation to the Black Tie Dedication Event, and a full marketing package of banners, signage, and social media. The $1,000 Hole-In-One Sponsorship features the tournament’s grand-prize hole. The $750 Eagle Sponsorship is featured on the Par 5 Eagle Challenge, and the $500 Hole Sponsorship places a name or business at a designated hole. In-kind donations of meals, beverages, prizes, or event supplies are welcome from $1 to $500 and receive the same public recognition.

Tournament proceeds stay local. The Foundation directs donor support toward patient care enhancements, medical equipment, staff education, and community health programs for families across Yuma, Washington, and neighboring counties.

Full tournament details, the complete sponsorship breakdown, and contact information are available on the tournament page.

Proceeds from this year’s tournament will support the purchase and installation of a new STERIS AMSCO 600 Steam Sterilizer for the hospital’s Sterile Processing Department. Sterilization is one of the least visible functions in a hospital and one of the most consequential. Every surgery, every emergency intervention, and every sterile instrument depends on equipment that performs correctly each time it runs.

As Rural Hospitals Across America Struggle, Yuma Hospital & Clinics Invests in Its Community’s Future

Across rural America, the local hospital is increasingly at risk — and when one closes, an entire community can lose its nearest source of care. In northeast Colorado, Yuma Hospital & Clinics is moving in the opposite direction, investing in its identity, its patients and its future

Yuma Hospital & Clinics to Unveil New Logo and Website

Refreshed look and feel reflects commitment to healthcare excellence and the ‘Yuma Experience’

YUMA, CO (May 13, 2025) – As part of its 2025 National Hospital Week celebrations, Yuma Hospital & Clinics (YHC) has announced it will soon unveil a new logo and website redesign. Hospital leaders say both are key milestones representing an ongoing effort to enhance community access and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

“These updates signify more than a refreshed look,” said Anne Kreutzer, Chief Executive Officer at YHC. “Developments like these may seem superficial at first, but in reality, they reflect our commitment to making healthcare more accessible and continuing to set the standard for healthcare excellence in northeast Colorado.”

The new logo features a cleaner, more modern design that reinforces the hospital’s role as a caring, community-focused healthcare provider. Meanwhile, the new website, set to launch this summer, will offer a more user-friendly experience, making it easier for patients to find information, schedule appointments, and access services across the hospital and clinics.

From same-day and walk-in appointments to extended evening hours, local access to quality primary care and expertise is a top priority. The Family Medicine clinics in both Yuma and Akron provide comprehensive primary care for all ages, connecting patients to specialists when needed, including orthopedic, cardiac, and oncology specialists.

“We are proud of our team, and proud of our high caliber of physicians and Nurse Practitioners who bring quality care to our close knit community.” Kreutzer added. “Our low turnover rate and strong provider recruitment ensure consistent, high-quality care close to home.”

In other words, the Yuma Experience is more than a tagline. It’s a promise of personalized, comprehensive care delivered with compassion and a patient-first philosophy – for a healthier community and a healthier Colorado.
