Pay: $32.01 – $44.20/hour

Status: Regular Full-time or Part-Time; accepting candidates interested in working on-site at Yuma Hospital & Clinics, working remotely, or some combination of both.

Qualifications: Must be a Registered Dietician or Registered Dietician Nutritionist

Job Duties:

  • Counsel clients on nutrition issues and healthy eating plans
  • Develop meal and nutrition plans

Pay: Medical Assistant ($17.71 – $26.41/hour); Licensed Practical Nurse ($26.69 – $33.38/hour)

Status: Regular Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Days), with rotation for Saturday morning clinic

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current MA Certification or Colorado LPN Licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Must be willing to cross-train for coverage in Akron Clinic, Yuma Clinic, and/or Specialty Clinic

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 – 3 years of hospital or clinic experience

Pay: $46.19 – $56.66/hour

Status: Regular Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Colorado Licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Knowledge of health care finance for optimal reimbursement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to perform as a team member
  • CPR Certified
  • Possess computer knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and communication skills

Job Summary: Provide direct patient rehabilitative care to individuals with physical disabilities and/or functional limitations at YDHC directed clinics, YDHC inpatients, outpatients, and swing bed patients, Home Health patients, and contract facilities (if any). To maintain an environment dedicated to excellence with continuous total quality assurance while meeting the needs of the clients served.

Pay: $418,754 – $520,000/year

Status: Regular Full-Time

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited university
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility and current license to practice general surgery
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in residency
  • 2 to 4 years of experience practicing general surgery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital
  • Training or certification in medical specialties

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers, anesthesiologists, CRNA’s, and surgical staff to perform general surgical procedures
  • Provide differing levels of care to patients to provide diagnoses and prognoses
  • Provide care to patients in accordance with health care regulations to ensure patient care is provided timely, expertly and with a focus on clear communication and excellent customer service
  • Keep abreast of any new surgical procedures, technologies and research that pertains to the practice of medicine

Pay:$138,759.30 – $238,375.00/year

Status: Regular Full-Time

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Five (5) years of previous management level experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience in executive level health care financial leadership roles
  • Previous experience working in a rural health care facility of Critical Access Hospital (CAH)

Job Summary:

  • Leads operational management in its achievement of a level of financial performance enabling the Yuma District Hospital and Clinics (YDHC) to best realize long-term financial success. Directs the financial functions of the YDHC.

MLS/MT: $34.80 – $47.27/hour

MLT: $28.29 – $38.93/hour

Status: Regular Full-Time

Shift: Night

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) program OR Bachelor’s Degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) program.
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT). Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) healthcare provider.

Pay: $24.25/hour – $32.94/hour

Status: Regular Full-Time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two (2) to Three (3) years of work experience in an administrative and/or professional role
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within confidential working environments
  • Ability to operate office equipment and software (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to exercise personal judgment and discretion in application of knowledge and policies governing work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of experience working in a health care, rural health clinic, or human resource role
  • One (1) year experience working in a provider (physicians, advanced practice providers) credentialing and privileging role
  • One (1) year experience working in a role supporting executive leaders and/or board members

  • Two (2) years of post secondary education or education
  • Five (5) years work experience in a professional and responsible position
  • Knowledge of and ability to use office equipment, computers and software (MS word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar; or 4 years of related professional work experience
  • Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative functions supporting executive leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Exercise judgement and discretion in a confidential manner
  • Process and organize information to facilitate medical staff appointment and reappointments
  • Provide information and services to administration and the medical staff to meet the needs of the organization
  • Prepares agenda for all medical staff committee meetings and records minutes, and processes files of physicians requesting privileges for review by appropriate staff and committees
  • Sends applications for reappointment and renewal of privileges to appropriate physicians, maintains physician directory, and provides orientation for all new applicants to the medical staff

Pay: $38.41 – $55.32/hour

Status: Regular Full-Time

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate’s (ADN) or Bachelor’s (BSN) Degree in Nursing
  • Current unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Core Nursing Curriculum, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, and Oncology/Biotherapy; or within six (6) months of hire
  • Minimum of two (2) years of hospital, emergency room experience

Preferred Qualification:

  • Chemotherapy and leadership experience

Pay: $17.14 – $24.09/hour

Status: Regular Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, with an occasional Saturday morning shift

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficiency in the operation of computers, including Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to make independent decisions and to interact with patients and peers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Patient registration experience, health care experience, and knowledge of medical/technical terminology
  • Electronic Medical Record (Cerner/Oracle) experience

Pay: $17.00 – $22.60/hour

Status: Regular Full-Time

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Successful completion of a Certified Nurse’s Aide or Clinical Assistant program, or equivalent education/experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Card within six (6) months of hire
  • Positive attitude and flexibility in changing work situations
