Pay: $40.42 – $57.29/hour

Status: Full-Time; Day Shift (0500 – 1730) or Night Shift (1700 – 0530)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivers patient care, provides oversight of nursing care during shift, acts as a resource, leads by example, collaborates with other departments and facilities, ensures compliance, champions quality initiatives and patient experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Certified in BLS, ACLS, TNCC; and PALS within 6 months of hire
  • 2 years of Emergency Department experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Charge Nurse or other healthcare leadership experience

Pay: $36.23 – $47.26/hour

Status: Full-Time, Night shift (1700 – 0530)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Certified in BLS, ACLS, TNCC; and PALS within 6 months of hire

MLS/MT: $30.25 – $45.63/hour

Schedule: Full Time

Minimum Required Education: 

  • Associate’s degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT) program OR Bachelor’s degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) program.

Required Licensure/Certification:

  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT). Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.

Minimum Experience: None Required.

  • Graduate of an approved, accredited school of Ultrasound Technology required.
  • Minimum one year experience in general exams, abdomens, OB, GYN, breast, vascular/Arterial.

Pay: $31.75 – $40.21/hour

Status: Regular Full-time or Part-Time; accepting candidates interested in working on-site at Yuma Hospital & Clinics, working remotely, or some combination of both.

Qualifications: Must be a Registered Dietician or Registered Dietician Nutritionist

Job Duties:

  • Counsel clients on nutrition issues and healthy eating plans
  • Develop meal and nutrition plans

MLS/MT: $34.79 – $52.47/hour.

MLT: $30.84 – $39.65/hour

Pay is dependent on the applicant’s relevant experience.

Full Time

Minimum Required Education: 

  • Associate’s degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist program OR Bachelor’s degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist program.

Required Licensure/Certification:

  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.

Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience.

Pay: Medical Assistant ($17.91 – $24.29/hour); Licensed Practical Nurse ($22.00 – $36.84/hour)

Status: Regular Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Days), with rotation for Saturday morning clinic

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current MA Certification or Colorado LPN Licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Must be willing to cross-train for coverage in Akron Clinic, Yuma Clinic, and/or Specialty Clinic

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 – 3 years of hospital or clinic experience

Pay: $89,940 – $146,000/year

Status: Regular Full-Time

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
  • A minimum of three (3) years medical billing experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years prior supervisory experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the operations of the revenue cycle function and billing department
  • Plan and direct patient insurance documentation, workload coding, billing, and data processing to ensure accurate billing and efficient account collection
  • Analyze billing and claims for accuracy and completeness, submitting claims to proper insurance entities and working with teams to follow up on discrepancies
  • Audit current procedures to monitor and improve the efficiency of billing operations
  • Supervise billing personnel

Pay: $34.79 – $45.25/hour

Status: Regular Full-Time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of nursing experience
  • Home Health Care experience

Pay: $81,336.30 – $135,309.00/year

Status: Regular Full Time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
  • Three (3) years of management/supervisory experience
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEOA, workers compensation, and unemployment insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a rural health care setting or Critical Access Hospital
  • Prior Human Resources certification from HRCI or SHRM

Job Summary:

Provides oversight of all Human Resource functions at Yuma District Hospital and Clinics (YDHC), including recruitment, retention, employee benefits, workforce growth and development, policy development, employee relations, and personnel information management.

Pay: $34.25 – $54.12/hour

Status: Regular Full Time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in Colorado
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 3 years of clinical experience
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking; problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team

Preferred Qualification:

  • Case management experience and/or Certified Case Manager (CCM)

Job Summary:

Manages patients across the health care continuum to promote optional outcomes including clinical, financial, operational, and patient satisfaction; coordinates Utilization Management and Swing Bed Program; ensures compliance; and champions quality initiatives.

Pay: $16.17 – $22.11/hour

Status: Regular Full Time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with the public
