Zach Stringham brings diverse healthcare experience to Yuma Hospital & Clinics, including three years providing comprehensive care in remote Alaska as a Community Health Practitioner before completing his Physician Assistant training. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Idaho State University and a Master of Medical Science from St. Francis University.
Prior to joining the Yuma Hospital team, Zach spent eight years in primary care at Banner Health in Brush, Colorado. He has now been serving patients at both the Akron and Yuma clinic locations for two years, developing particular expertise in sports medicine and men’s health.
Beyond his clinical work, Zach is deeply involved in community service, working with a non-profit church organization in Morgan County to develop leadership and life skills in young adults. He also coaches multiple youth sports including soccer, football, baseball, and basketball.
Zach approaches healthcare with an optimistic mindset, believing that everyone can overcome physical and emotional challenges with the right support and mindset. He lives in the area with his wife and four children and enjoys sports and faith-based activities.
