Job Duties:

  • Counsel clients on nutrition issues and healthy eating plans

Pay: Medical Assistant ($17.71 – $26.41/hour); Licensed Practical Nurse ($26.69 – $33.38/hour)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three (3) years of management/supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a rural health care setting or Critical Access Hospital

Job Summary:

Provides oversight of all Human Resource functions at Yuma District Hospital and Clinics (YDHC), including recruitment, retention, employee benefits, workforce growth and development, policy development, employee relations, and personnel information management.

Pay: $46.19 – $56.66/hour

Job Summary: Provide direct patient rehabilitative care to individuals with physical disabilities and/or functional limitations at YDHC directed clinics, YDHC inpatients, outpatients, and swing bed patients, Home Health patients, and contract facilities (if any). To maintain an environment dedicated to excellence with continuous total quality assurance while meeting the needs of the clients served.

Pay: $418,754 – $520,000/year

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited university
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility and current license to practice general surgery
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in residency

  • Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital
  • Training or certification in medical specialties

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers, anesthesiologists, CRNA’s, and surgical staff to perform general surgical procedures
  • Provide differing levels of care to patients to provide diagnoses and prognoses
  • Provide care to patients in accordance with health care regulations to ensure patient care is provided timely, expertly and with a focus on clear communication and excellent customer service
  • Keep abreast of any new surgical procedures, technologies and research that pertains to the practice of medicine

Job Summary:

  • Leads operational management in its achievement of a level of financial performance enabling the Yuma District Hospital and Clinics (YDHC) to best realize long-term financial success. Directs the financial functions of the YDHC.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) program OR Bachelor’s Degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) program.
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT). Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) healthcare provider.

Pay: $24.25/hour – $32.94/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two (2) to Three (3) years of work experience in an administrative and/or professional role
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within confidential working environments

  • Two (2) years of experience working in a health care, rural health clinic, or human resource role
  • One (1) year experience working in a provider (physicians, advanced practice providers) credentialing and privileging role
  • One (1) year experience working in a role supporting executive leaders and/or board members

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar; or 4 years of related professional work experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative functions supporting executive leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Exercise judgement and discretion in a confidential manner
  • Process and organize information to facilitate medical staff appointment and reappointments
  • Provide information and services to administration and the medical staff to meet the needs of the organization
  • Prepares agenda for all medical staff committee meetings and records minutes, and processes files of physicians requesting privileges for review by appropriate staff and committees
  • Sends applications for reappointment and renewal of privileges to appropriate physicians, maintains physician directory, and provides orientation for all new applicants to the medical staff

  • Current unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure

  • Working knowledge of revenue cycle functions, particularly Patient Access, insurance verification, and authorization management

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing daily registration operations, scheduling functions, and prior authorization processes at both the Yuma and Akron locations. This role ensures timely, accurate patient access processes, including registration, financial clearance, insurance verification, prior authorization management, and coordination of clinic scheduling. The Supervisor provides leadership to registration staff and the Prior Authorization Coordinator, ensures adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements, and drives performance improvement through quality assurance, staff development, and process optimization.
