Haley Perry is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with deep roots in Northeast Colorado, having graduated from Otis High School in 2014. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Northern Colorado before earning her master’s degree from Chamberlain University.
Prior to joining Yuma Hospital & Clinics, Haley gained valuable experience in several healthcare settings, including working as a labor and delivery nurse at Sterling Regional MedCenter and North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. She also served with Nurse Family Partnership/Baby Bear Hugs as a Nurse Home Visitor, providing supportive care to first-time mothers from pregnancy until their children turned two years old.
Haley completed much of her clinical training at Northeast Colorado Family Medicine in Sterling and right here at the Yuma Clinic, giving her firsthand knowledge of our community’s healthcare needs. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with patients of all ages while providing comprehensive primary care services.
Born and raised in the area, Haley feels honored to provide healthcare to the community that helped her achieve her dreams. She believes healthcare extends beyond medicine to creating environments where patients feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. When not caring for patients, Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends playing cards, board games, and various outdoor activities.
