About
Dr. Frank specializes in advanced corneal transplantation, cataract surgery, and refractive procedures. He has extensive experience treating glaucoma, diabetic eye diseases, corneal infections, and dry eye syndrome. As a former Assistant Professor at University of Oklahoma/Dean McGee Eye Institute, he has contributed multiple peer-reviewed publications to advance the field. In 2025, Dr. Frank was recognized by 5280 Magazine as a Top Doc in Ophthalmology.
In his personal time, Dr. Frank enjoys spending time with his daughter, skiing, hiking, running, and mountain biking.
