About
Dr. Daniel Edmondson joined Yuma Hospital & Clinics in 2022 after completing his Family Medicine residency in Fort Collins. As a family physician, he provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages—from newborns to the elderly—across multiple settings, including the clinic, hospital, emergency , and even in patients’ homes when needed.
Dr. Edmondson is skilled in a wide range of clinical procedures including dermatologic procedures, IUD and Nexplanon placement, joint injections, vasectomy, circumcisions, and colonoscopies/EGDs. He is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys using this skill to better serve the community.
With a strong belief that prevention is the key to good health, Dr. Edmondson works closely with patients and families to develop personalized health maintenance plans. He particularly values practicing medicine in a small community where he can form meaningful connections with patients across generations and help them maximize their health and joy from life.
Outside of work, Dr. Edmondson stays busy with his growing family of four young children. He enjoys board games, reading, traveling, and trying new foods.
