The Akron Clinic is located in the Akron, Colorado business district at 82 Main Avenue. Two Board Certified Physicians and one Family Nurse Practitioner staff it. Some Specialty Clinic Services are also available in Akron. Contact the Akron Clinic for details. The clinic offers laboratory and x-ray services on-site and through the Laboratory and Imaging departments at Yuma District Hospital. Physical Therapy and Home Health Care services are also available through the Akron Clinic. Appointments can be made by calling (970) 345-6336. We always accept new patients!

Yuma District Hospital and Clinics is offering two easy options for all local student-athletes, with services available at our clinics in Yuma and Akron:
Option 1: Well Child Check + Sports Physical (Recommended!)
Get your annual Well Child Check and Sports Physical in one convenient appointment!
Includes:
- Appointment availability to fit your schedule
- More thorough physical exam
- Immunizations
- Age-appropriate assessments and discussions
- Completion of Sports Physical form
- Covered by most insurance plans
Important: Some insurance plans allow one well visit per calendar year, while others require 365 days between visits. Check your coverage before scheduling.
Option 2: Walk-In Sports Physical – $25 (Cash/Check)
